The high powered HL40071MG has an optical output power of 300mW at a wavelength of 405nm. The violet laser diode performance is very stable across a wide range of temperatures and performs reliably up to a maximum temperature of 70°C. The 405nm laser diode can be stored at temperatures between -40 to 85°C.
The single-mode violet laser diode is packaged in a compact 5.6mm TO-can and is designed to be highly reliable making it ideal for industrial and other applications in challenging operating environments.
