Osram’s range of laser diodes includes highly compact blue and green laser diodes, packaged in 3.8mm, 5.6mm, and 9mm TO cans.
- Blue Laser Diodes: Available at 450nm and 488nm wavelengths, with power levels up to 3W.
- Green Laser Diodes: Available at 520nm wavelength, with power levels up to 140mW.

Applications
